Affiliate Program Agreement

this affiliate program agreement (“agreement”) applies to the engagement between epc club ltd. (“company”) and the affiliate (“you”) for referring potential qualifying customers to the company’s website(s).

by accepting this agreement, opening an affiliate account, or using a tracker, you agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, including any future updates.

Important Conditions Before Starting

the affiliate may not begin any activity until:

1. the company confirms in writing that the affiliate account has been successfully opened.

2. both parties agree in writing on the cpa rates and other commercial terms (“commercial terms”).

if accepting on behalf of a company or legal entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity and its associates.

if you do not agree with these terms, you must not:

– accept the agreement

– open an affiliate account

– use the services or trackers

the affiliate also confirms that all information provided to the company is true, accurate, and complete.

1. Definitions

1.1 Associate

any person or entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with another entity.

1.2 Affiliate Account

an account opened at:

http://www.sweepse.com

1.3 Banners And Text Links

marketing graphics or text containing tracking ids supplied by the company.

1.4 Brand

the company’s brands connected to its services.

1.5 Dedicated Site(s)

any website or platform used by the affiliate to promote the company.

1.6 Fees

amounts payable to the affiliate according to this agreement and commercial terms.

1.7 Fraud Traffic

any fraudulent, fake, illegal, manipulated, automated, or bad-faith traffic including:

– bots

– fake accounts

– stolen cards

– money laundering

– incentivized traffic

– security circumvention

– spam activity

1.8 Group

the company and all related entities.

1.9 Intellectual Property Rights

all trademarks, copyrights, patents, software rights, databases, trade secrets, and related rights.

1.10 Marketing Materials

banners, text links, and approved promotional materials supplied or approved by the company.

1.11 Company’s Marks

company logos, names, trademarks, domains, and brand identities.

1.12 Qualifying Customer

a customer who:

– is referred through the affiliate’s tracker

– is legally eligible (18+)

– is located within approved territory

– is a new customer

– passes verification

– makes required first-time purchase/payment

– meets additional commercial terms

1.13 Restricted Channel

content related to:

– pornography

– firearms

– gambling

– alcohol

– tobacco

– drugs

– illegal or unethical activity

1.14 Services

products or services offered on the company’s websites.

1.15 Site(s)

company websites/platforms listed in commercial terms.

1.16 Spam

any unauthorized marketing communication violating anti-spam laws.

1.17 Territory

only certain u.s. states are allowed.

restricted states include:

– alabama

– georgia

– idaho

– kentucky

– michigan

– montana

– nevada

– washington

– connecticut

– delaware

– louisiana

– new jersey

– west virginia

– pennsylvania

– maryland

1.18 Tracker(s)

unique tracking links used to identify referred customers.

1.19 Tracking Url

a special hyperlink used for customer referrals.

2. Marketing Activities And Responsibilities

the affiliate may market only within approved territories and where sweepstakes social casinos are legal.

affiliate responsibilities:

– follow all applicable laws

– use ethical marketing

– avoid prohibited activities listed in exhibit b

– report fraud immediately

the company may monitor all affiliate traffic and activities.

3. Approved Marketing Materials

affiliate may only use approved marketing materials.

the affiliate:

– cannot modify materials without permission

– must follow company policies

– receives a non-exclusive, revocable license to use materials

affiliate guidelines in exhibit c are mandatory.
